99% practice, 1% blogging
My morning Mysore practice has been absolute joy which explains why I’ve been able to get up at 5am, four days in a row, and do a full primary practice.
Over the last two weeks I’ve been adding poses one by one back into my practice that had been off the menu for months because of the shoulder injury.
Today I attempted the Garbha Pindasana rolls - the only outstanding pose, and my shoulder felt fine afterwards.
So that’s it, everything's there, all the poses are back in place again and this practice continues to astound and elevate me. It’s awesome.
